Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Massachusetts electrical codes
- Lead project teams on high-stakes installations and emergency repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional client consultations and electrical system recommendations
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years verifiable commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- OSHA 10-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient lighting and solar panel systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional problem-solving and client communication skills
