Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls (leaks, bursts, clogs) within 2-hour SLA
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced leak detection equipment
- Comply with all Texas Plumbing License Board regulations and safety protocols
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for service completion
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools/parts
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Active Texas Master Plumber License (required)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater repair
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays (emergency role)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience with digital dispatch systems a plus
