Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery safely under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and debris from trucks and sites
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support various construction tasks including framing, demolition, and finishing
- Adapt to daily assignments based on project needs and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh metro area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
