Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during on-call shifts
- Ensure compliance with NYC/PA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Train junior plumbers on best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and invoices
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (NY/PA license required)
- Valid NYC/PA Master Plumber certification
- Expert knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/emergencies
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
