Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during after-hours and weekend shifts
- Ensure all work complies with Michigan plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage job-site logistics and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain detailed service records and submit accurate documentation
- Mentor junior plumbers and conduct quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Michigan Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
