Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and foundation work following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts with certification
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly secure equipment/tools
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or relevant technical certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork aptitude
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
