Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under night shift supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and construction phases
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow project blueprints and safety protocols
- Complete daily progress reports for site supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for night shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
