Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and safe work environments by removing debris and following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Report maintenance needs for tools and equipment to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
