Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the construction floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for material estimates.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment as directed.
- Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if needed.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is available for dedicated candidates.
