Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage.
- Install new plumbing systems and components in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect existing plumbing to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally to clients.
- Manage job sites efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff regarding job status and materials.
Qualifications
- Valid and current New York State Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and blueprints.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and diagrams.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
