Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for project execution
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed project documentation
- Collaborate with contractors for seamless project completion
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters and boilers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license/certification in DC or IL
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting/moving equipment (50+ lbs)
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with trenchless pipe repair methods preferred
