Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform concrete work, demolition, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Steel-toe boots and reliable transportation required
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Availability for 12-hour weekend shifts
