Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, jackhammers) with precision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades to maintain workflow efficiency
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
- Complete daily progress reports for project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Class B CDL or forklift certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Milwaukee County
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
