Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Load/unload equipment and materials using forklifts and cranes
- Perform demolition and debris removal with sustainable practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Weekend availability mandatory
