Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Support trenching, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool knowledge and safety certification preferred
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM - 5 PM)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
