Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and painting.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize the job site for efficiency.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and safety inspections before and after shifts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Transport materials and tools to and from work areas as needed.
- Ensure quality workmanship and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
