Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, hauling materials, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on-site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks under supervision.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety.
