Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, and scissor lifts (certification preferred).
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste management.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety and procedures.
- Ability to read basic blueprints or site plans is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
