Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation, debris removal, and leveling.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior construction experience necessary; training provided.
