Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including digging, lifting, and assembling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including clearing debris and marking areas.
- Follow project instructions and blueprints to ensure quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
