Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with specific tasks as directed.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (50+ lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
