Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
- Assist skilled trade professionals (carpenters, electricians, framers) with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials between storage and work areas using hand trucks or forklifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
