Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and procedures
- Coordinate with project managers for seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman license (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Expertise in PLC systems, motor controls, and VFDs
- Proven ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
