We are looking for a reliable Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on commercial and residential sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to plan projects accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently to resolve complex issues.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including multimeters, conduit benders, and wire strippers.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure equipment longevity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent trade certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
