Job Summary:
We are expanding our operations in the Las Vegas valley and need reliable hands to help us meet our weekend service goals. Whether it's residential repairs, commercial maintenance, or new installations, you will be trained to handle it all under the supervision of our senior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform Installations: Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Reading Plans: Learn to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to guide your work.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners and business owners, providing updates on project status and maintaining a clean work area.
- Tools & Equipment: Utilize hand and power tools correctly to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic electrical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles and tool trucks in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and potentially occasional weekdays for training.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
