Responsibilities
- Install/repair plumbing systems in residential & commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Perform weekend emergency service calls (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Ensure compliance with NY/VA plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order materials for projects
- Maintain clean job sites and professional client relationships
- Travel between NY and VA job sites as scheduled
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in NY and/or VA
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system issues
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency service response experience preferred
