Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform water heater installations, fixture replacements, and sewer line repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
- Collaborate with team members on complex multi-trade projects
- Respond promptly to emergency weekend service calls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
