Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with project managers and clients for weekend service appointments
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for weekend job sites
- Train apprentices on proper plumbing techniques and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts) with weekday flexibility
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and PEX systems preferred
