Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Adapt to various weather conditions and project demands
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Willingness to work early mornings and overtime as needed
