Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, demolition, and framing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
- Collaborate with crew members to meet nightly project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift schedules (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to travel to Ohio project sites when required
