Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper training
- Prepare job sites, including trenching and excavation support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and skilled trades teams
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability (night shifts 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
