Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing tasks on commercial sites
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA certification
- Install and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints for material allocation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Steel-toe boots and hard hat mandatory
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Flexibility for 6 AM - 5 PM shifts
- Pass background/drug screening
