Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines capable of handling real-time, high-velocity data streams.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring architectural integrity and scalability.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience designing systems that operate in production environments with zero downtime.
- Strong leadership experience, managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
