Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale language models and neural architectures.
- System Architecture: Build scalable inference pipelines and optimize model performance for low-latency deployment.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating new breakthroughs into our production stack.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Code Quality: Ensure maintainability, testing, and documentation across the ML infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- MLOps: Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
