Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Design distributed training pipelines and optimize inference latency for real-time applications.
- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance knowledge accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of model outputs to ensure safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
