Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with various residential and commercial repair projects.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under strict supervision.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair common plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and local plumbing codes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and estimating.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
