Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
- Utilize power tools and testing equipment, including multi-meters and voltage testers.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress and site conditions.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the State of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skills: Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, panel upgrades, and lighting installation.
- Tools: Own or have reliable access to a personal set of high-quality electrician tools.
- Background: Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Availability: Must be available for urgent hire and capable of working flexible hours, including weekends or overtime.
