Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks to gain hands-on training.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment organized, clean, and in proper working condition.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by moving materials, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring a safe workspace.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answer questions, and maintain a clean appearance on-site.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior plumbing experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required for traveling to job sites.
- Attitude: Strong willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and a positive work ethic.
