Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Participate in team-based construction projects
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
