Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties, including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the direction of supervisors.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended shifts, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
