Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and demolition tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Load/un construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to ensure organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills
