Responsibilities
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
