Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and stack them properly.
- Read and understand basic site instructions and blueprints where necessary.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
