Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job site.
- Adhere to blueprints and diagrams to assist in the completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites in NC and GA.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
