Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring support.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific instructions.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Miami and Georgia as needed.
