Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the site supervisor.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area to ensure a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety signs and verbal instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
