Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clean job sites, remove debris, and prepare areas for construction activities.
- Equipment Support: Assist in operating light machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Trade Assistance: Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Quality Control: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
