Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors to complete daily assignments.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
