Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and concrete finishing.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Perform basic measurements, calculations, and read basic blueprints or project plans.
- Follow project schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements is a plus.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
