Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Demolition work, site preparation, and general cleanup.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
